What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic)
- Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support
- Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed
- Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
- Ability to pass a background check
