BCBA - Work-Life Balance | Full-Time

At Compleat KiDZ, we're passionate about changing lives through high-quality ABA therapy-and we believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice your work/life balance to do it. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values flexibility, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support. We offer flexible scheduling with some remote work opportunities, small manageable caseloads, strong in-clinic support, and ongoing collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic)
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
