About the role
At Ahead ABA, no BCBA works alone. You will have real clinical support behind you, not just a caseload.
Responsibilities
- Write and oversee treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs
- Run assessments
- Work closely with families in our in‑home ABA program across Montgomery County
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs
Pay
$105 to $115 per hour
