About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead in an in-person, center-based ABA setting with flexible remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical standards
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a team to promote clinical consistency
- Contribute to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling tools)
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
