BCBA Part/Full Time Opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA Clinical Director to lead and oversee the clinical operations of our ABA therapy programs in Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging research.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
