BCBA - Parent-Implemented ABA
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, caregiver-mediated ABA services. This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful progress in their child’s natural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments with a focus on identifying caregiver strengths, needs, and opportunities for intervention within daily routines
- Develop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans that prioritize functional, meaningful outcomes and natural environment teaching
- Coach, model, and provide real-time feedback to caregivers to support effective implementation of intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families to set meaningful, achievable goals and build caregiver competence and confidence in supporting their child’s development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, caregiver progress, and client outcomes
- Plan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge by ensuring caregivers can independently implement key strategies
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures
General Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a chat-based format
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital tools
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Education and Experience
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
- At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
Compensation
Compensation for this role is hourly W2, with rates determined based on factors such as experience, geographic location, and language capabilities. On average, compensation for this position is equivalent to approximately $100,000 annually, though individual compensation will vary based on qualifications and other factors.
