About the role

We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. BCBAs thrive in our supportive environment with a commitment to professional development and making an impact in kids’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Pay

Pay range: $80–100/hour with bonus opportunities and competitive salary with performance bonuses.

Schedule

Part-time: 10+ billable hours with flexible shifts based on your availability.
