Behavioral Health Works is seeking a fully remote BCBA to join Illuminate.
About the role
As a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care—developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the State Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.
Responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), update client programs, and track progress
- Provide parent coaching and support
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
- Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children's, UHC, & Wellpoint
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis working in a remote environment
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
- Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
