About the role
This role is dedicated to providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a BCBA certification and a strong commitment to improving quality of life through behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective care.
- Provide supervision and training to less experienced staff members.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
