BCBA – Full-Time, Center-Based ABA - Henderson, NV

About the role

This role is dedicated to providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a BCBA certification and a strong commitment to improving quality of life through behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective care.
• Provide supervision and training to less experienced staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
