About the role

We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. Enjoy professional respect, recognition, and rewards in a supportive environment with advanced tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, support, train, and orient our growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2–15.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or eligibility to sit for the exam within the next 3 months (students welcome).
• Demonstrated experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical competence, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Compensation range: $78,000–$85,000 per year.
