BCBA – Flexible Hourly Schedule – Georgia

About the role

A BCBA is needed to provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Document progress and outcomes in client records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred.
• Valid license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
