BCBA Fellowship Student, Clinic-Based

About the role

North Shore Pediatric Therapy offers a fellowship model designed to provide built-in supervision, unrestricted activities, and leadership practice. The program supports candidates at two levels: Assistant Clinical Coordinator (ACC) for those working toward 1,000 fieldwork hours, and Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) for those with 1,000+ total fieldwork hours ready for more responsibility.

Who thrives here

• Enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework, working toward BCBA certification
• RBT-certified
• Have 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (for Lead ACC) OR are working toward it (for ACC)
• Patient, compassionate, and comfortable leading and coaching others
• Quick to learn new systems and tech (we’ll train you on ours)

What you’ll do

• Partner with a Clinical Director to complete unrestricted supervision activities
• Provide direct therapy as part of client teams
• Mentor and coach Behavior Therapists with real-time feedback
• Lead family training to help therapy carry into home and community life

Pay
