BCBA – Edison, NJ | 95K–110K and 5K Sign-On | Fully Center-Based & Supported

About the role

This is a BCBA position based in Edison, NJ. The role offers a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
• Provide direct supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from an accredited program
• Valid New Jersey Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
