What you’ll do

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
  • Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
  • Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
  • Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $84,000 – $103,000 (based on experience, role, and region)
  • Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses
  • $10,000 employment bonus
  • $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement
  • $1,000 CEU stipend for ongoing certification and growth
  • In-house CEU events plus $1,000 CEU reimbursement
