BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Remote, Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available

What you’ll do
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
- Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
Benefits
- Total Compensation: $84,000 – $103,000 (based on experience, role, and region)
- Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses
- $10,000 employment bonus
- $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement
- $1,000 CEU stipend for ongoing certification and growth
- In-house CEU events plus $1,000 CEU reimbursement
