About the role

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
  • Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for high-demand regions such as Metro Los Angeles and other areas across California. Pay ranges may differ for positions outside the state.
