Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

- Experience in providing supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.

Benefits
- Total Compensation: $84,000k – $103,000k (Based on Experience, Role, & Region)
- Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses
- $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement
