BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Requirements

• BCBA should possess a board certification and MI state licensure as a BCBA.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of autism.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the oversight and support of the ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor.
• Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs.
• Provides clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs.
• Makes sure program processes are monitored and reviewed.
• Reviews and follows up on incident reports.
• Documents all monitoring and supervision.
• Provides ongoing review with Director.
• Supports BCBAs/BTs with clinical tasks.
• Assists programs with routine audits.
• Assists as a backup for the Director when needed.
• Ensures adherence to designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals.
• Conducts assigned trainings and follows up with staff.
• Maintains clinical integrity of documentation and service.
• Maintains a billable caseload.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treating and documenting persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes.

Pay

Up to $95,000/year.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, in-clinic setting.
