Requirements
- BCBA should possess a board certification and MI state licensure as a BCBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of autism.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the oversight and support of the ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs.
- Provides clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs.
- Makes sure program processes are monitored and reviewed.
- Reviews and follows up on incident reports.
- Documents all monitoring and supervision.
- Provides ongoing review with Director.
- Supports BCBAs/BTs with clinical tasks.
- Assists programs with routine audits.
- Assists as a backup for the Director when needed.
- Ensures adherence to designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals.
- Conducts assigned trainings and follows up with staff.
- Maintains clinical integrity of documentation and service.
- Maintains a billable caseload.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treating and documenting persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes.

- Experience in managing and overseeing ABA programs.

Pay
Up to $95,000/year.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, in-clinic setting.
