About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to evidence-based practices in all clinical services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 5 years of experience in ABA and/or behavior analysis.
• Experience leading and supervising a team of BCBAs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
