About the Role
Our client is dedicated to providing innovative and tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that focuses on the individual strengths and goals of each child. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead and innovate by designing and overseeing individualized ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of children across home, school, and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs for children in various settings.
- Mentor and develop Behavior Technicians and BCBA Trainees to ensure high standards of practice.
- Provide guidance and support to foster professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Exercise clinical autonomy in selecting evidence-based assessments and interventions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client and business locations.
- Ability to support clients during operating hours: 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and communicate clearly, including participation in physical and play-based therapies.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Proven background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and managing medical documentation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
