Pay
First-year guaranteed compensation: $93,500–$97,000 per year. Uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation available.

Schedule
- Option to work from home 1 day per week (if center-based)
- Four 10-hour day schedule option
- Most BCBAs end their day between 5:00–5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
- Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
- Contribute to a mission-driven organization where your input shapes programs and practices
- Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)
Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—new grads welcome)
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
