About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in our center-based and home-based settings. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a vital role in overcoming the challenges faced by children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in New York State.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
- Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
- Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth, adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Requirements include a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, BCBA certification, and NYS LBA certification.

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000
