BCBA Center and Home Based

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team, designing and implementing individualized behavioral plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the role

As a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, you will provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT), conduct assessments, design curriculum and interventions, and report client progress to families and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with ASD and facilitating their progress and growth
• Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• NYS LBA
• Committed to working full-time
• Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Pay

$80,000 - $125,000 per annum
