Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in our structured Clinician Compass pathway.
  • Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress.
  • Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required.
  • Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Ready to sit for the BACB Exam within 6-12 months.

Pay

Total Annual Earning Potential: Equivalent up to almost $60,000 per year!

Base Compensation: $26.00-29.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $85,000+ base salary as a BCBA!
