BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Ridley Park, PA

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Pass the BCBA exam the first time in the fellowship program
• Obtain RBT certification for all Behavior Technicians
• 90%+ of RBT hires pass the RBT certification exam
• Three weeks of paid vacation
• Minimal case load for Clinical Supervisors to support you and your clients

Pay

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
