Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting
• Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment

Pay

Base salary range: $85,000—$100,000 USD

40‑hour work week with up to 28 billable hours (manageable caseload of up to 10 clients)
