This position offers an attractive $100,000-$120,000 annual salary, an 80% remote / 20% in-person hybrid model, paid administrative time, and a flexible schedule designed to give BCBAs greater control over their workday. You'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services while working collaboratively with families, RBTs, caregivers, and school teams — without the traditional demands of a fully in-person BCBA position.
