Compensation

$85 - $115.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for BCBAs after six months of client service

Travel Support

Mileage reimbursement from the start

About the role

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design positive behavior support plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Lead and mentor RBTs/staff, teaching proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques
• Monitor progress and adjust programming to ensure children meet milestone victories
• Collaborate with families and the internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• LBA certification is highly preferred
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• New graduates are welcome
