About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide training, supervision, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and school staff
- Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities
Qualifications

- Willingness to work in various service settings including in-home, school-based, and clinic environments
- Ability to work in multiple counties including Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk
Skills
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
