About the role
Camen Behavioral Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our expanding services across Central Florida, including Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties. Service settings include in-home, school-based, and clinic environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide training, supervision, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and school staff
- Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities
