Job Description
Work In Center
Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm
Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, PEAK, ESDM, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
Create Individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Safety Management
Cleaning Duties
Qualifications/Requirements
- Maintains BACB Certification
- Maintains State Certification
- Maintains BLS / CPR certification
- Maintains NPI number
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
- Maintains updated CAQH account
- Maintains Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active

Pay
$65,000-85,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule
10 days paid vacation per year
10 days paid holidays per year
