About the role

We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our Livingston- Florham Park location starting in September/October.

Responsibilities

  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Paid Time Off
  • You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin Work
  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients.
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • Do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.
  • Supported, Not Micromanaged
  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training.
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs.
  • SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Knowledge of NET (Natural Environment Teaching)

  • $95,000 - $110,000 salary depending on experience
