This is a full-time, in-person role located in Park City, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership & Treatment Oversight:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
- Conduct case reviews, treatment plan audits, and clinical quality checks to ensure alignment with the BACB Ethics Code and ABA best practices.
- Lead team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing staff training.
- Operations & Compliance Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations, center scheduling, and caseload assignments.
- Handle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new clinical and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive team culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Utah state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and insurance regulations.
- Oversee accurate clinical documentation using practice management software like Central Reach.
- Business & Community Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including pediatricians, schools, and insurance companies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent/caregiver concerns and communication.
- Represent the center in community outreach and local marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification and eligibility for Utah behavior analyst licensure.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy services.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or clinical director role.
- Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, insurance authorizations, and billing processes.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean background check.

Pay
$90,000 – $115,000 per year.
