Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, technicians, and administration
• Conduct assessments as needed

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We're looking for Hybrid BCBAs to join our team to provide per diem ABA services. Our hybrid approach offers a mix of 80% remote and 20% in-person work opportunities. Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Requirements

• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience (Required)
• BCBA or NY LBA certification (Required)
