Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. They are a dedicated ABA company committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Serve as supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTS and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
