About the role
Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. They are a dedicated ABA company committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Serve as supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience supervising RBTS and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
