Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills
- Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: Split pay model $55 - $75 Billable / $30 Non-Billable
Scheduling Options: Full-time 25 Billable hours / 15 Non-Billable Part-time

Skills And Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
