Location
Remote — must reside in Georgia, Hendersonville, NC or within 50 Miles of the Georgia State Border
Schedule
Full-time or part-time (flexible)
Pay
$75–90/hour or salaried position
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBADevelop individualized treatment plans and ABA programsOversee implementation of behavior intervention plansSupervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelityAnalyze data and modify interventions as neededTrain families, caregivers, and staffCollaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators)
What We’re Looking For
- In a BCBA Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs is a plus
- Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism
- A caring BCBA who wants to help families thrive
- Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line)
