About the role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in achieving their goals under the supervision of our clinical directors.
  • Participate in peer advisory groups to connect with other BCBAs in the field.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of ABA programs, supervising paraprofessionals and parents/caregivers.
  • Provide training for parents and caregivers on ABA techniques.
  • Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and adjust programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
  • Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, and to remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
