About the role

The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. Responsibilities

• Provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences.
• Support families and mentor clinicians.
• Mentor and grow as a clinician and leader.
• Make thoughtful clinical decisions based on the individual child, family, and clinical need.
• Manageable caseloads
• In-person clinical support
• Strong BCBA mentorship and collaboration
• Autonomy in clinical decision-making
• Build meaningful relationships with families and RBTs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and related learning differences.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 115 billable hours per month.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
