BCBA | 50 Percent Remote | $85K-$95K

About the role

We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Preferred: Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Preferred: Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor.
• Physical ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods; transition between floor and standing positions; engage actively with children in home, clinic, school, and community settings; respond to challenging behaviors; lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lb (with or without reasonable accommodation); use electronic devices for documentation and communication; travel between client locations.

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience). Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000.
