Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current certification in ABA from an accredited program.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
