Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current certification in ABA from an accredited program.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
