BC Pilates Instructor

About the role

The position is On-Call and requires a certified Pilates instructor with at least 2 years of experience teaching private, semi-private, and group classes. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate effective reformer instructions, have an energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style, be punctual, reliable, and dedicated, and focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Energetically lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates classes
• Ensure all equipment is sanitized, in good working order, and safe to use before each class
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment
• Visually inspect the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is sanitized, in good working order, and safe to use
• Provide professional and effective communication skills during classes
• Be punctual, reliable, and dedicated
• Focus on customer service

Requirements

• Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching private, semi-private, and group classes
• Ability to demonstrate effective reformer instructions
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
