About the role

Join Arbor Day Farm as a BBQ Barista and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City.

Your Support System: You’ll report to our Porter’s Supervisor. You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Apple House Market. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

Schedule

• Friday-Sunday
• 10AM – 7PM

Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.

Responsibilities

• Be a team player
• Take and assist with expo of orders
• Operate POS system
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain sanitation of food prep areas
• Spend your days in Porters as part of a team working together to provide the best service and BBQ in Nebraska City
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Gain valuable work experience that sets you up for other opportunities on our property
