Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a variety of surgical settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Perform regional anesthesia procedures as needed.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a CRNA in at least one state.
  • At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience as a CRNA.
  • Experience with various anesthesia techniques and medications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Active membership in the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Base Salary: $220K – $250K

Schedule

Flexible Scheduling Options: 8, 10, and 12-Hour Shifts Available
