What You'll Do As a Baylor Nurse at Forest Hill Health & Rehab, you'll play an important role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Responsibilities include: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies.Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.Work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to ensure continuity and quality of care. What We're Looking For Current and active RN or LPN license in Virginia.Current CPR/BLS certification as required.Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.Dependable and committed to the Baylor weekend schedule.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing.
