We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for a variety of hourly positions who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time.
• Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe.

Requirements

• Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be.
• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine.
• Experience Serving Food & Beverages – You’ve previously served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where required by law).

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., including lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day.
• Active Tasks: Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities with a can-do attitude.
• Endurance: Ability to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment, including long shifts or tackling time-consuming tasks.

Pay

Minimum $6.05 per hour (tip eligible position).
