Bay Host - Part Time

About the role

Topgolf is looking for fun‑loving, dedicated and caring team members for a variety of hourly positions. As a Bay Host you will be the first point of contact for Players, delivering an energetic and memorable experience while supporting the overall entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explain why they’re visiting, and highlight Topgolf’s offerings.
• Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each visit, driving sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Take food and beverage orders quickly and accurately, and deliver them promptly.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T‑line presence and work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to resolve concerns with a smile.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for Players.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a team‑first mentality.
• Strong focus on delivering an exceptional Player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a high‑energy, popular environment.
• Prior experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Spend most of the shift on your feet, walking throughout the venue.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities throughout the shift.
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
