Requirements

- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, tailoring their experience to their visit
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options to enhance the Player experience and drive sales
- Take orders quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Maintain clean and organized Bay areas by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment for all

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Remain on your feet for most of the day, with constant walking and physical activity
- Ability to maintain endurance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
