Requirements
- A positive attitude

- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where required by law)
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, understanding their visit purpose and sharing Topgolf offerings to set the stage for an unforgettable experience
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to Players’ visits to enhance their experience and drive sales through suggestive selling
- Take orders quickly and accurately, and maintain clean and organized Bay areas by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a welcoming space
- Maintain a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an exceptional Player experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment for all Players

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the day, with frequent walking throughout your shift
- Engage in a variety of physical activities with a can-do attitude
- Endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume working environment during long shifts
