We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for the Bay Host position who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating fun experiences.
• A strong teamwork mentality and commitment to collaboration.
• A focus on delivering an exceptional experience for Players.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, popular environment while maintaining composure.
• Prior experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, tailoring interactions to their visit and sharing Topgolf’s offerings to enhance their experience.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean and organized Bay areas by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a welcoming space for Players.
• Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
• Uphold Topgolf’s safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.
• Embody Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—in every interaction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Comfortable being on your feet for most of the day, with frequent walking throughout your shift.
• Engagement in a variety of physical tasks and activities throughout the day.
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.
