Battery Team Member **$28.06. per hour**

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and ensure strict compliance with quality and safety regulations and standards.
• Engage in basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance throughout the production process, including equipment inspections.
• Collect qualifying products and package for shipment.
• Monitor, interact with computerized manufacturing equipment to produce batteries and check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity.
• Work in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout the organization.
• Check all work orders, instructions, and specifications on the production check sheet before starting every production lot.
• Perform other position related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international).
• Ability to work multi-shift, alternative work schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.

• Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in tight or closed spaces.
• Ability to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function.
